The CG may run into issues with FEMA code compliance. In FL, the CG can have parking spaces in flood zones. A license plated/moveable RV does not have to comply with Flood Protection Measures. Mobile homes have their own requirements IF in an AE, V, VE (i.e. 100yr flood zone).
