What would you have expected him to say? If you watch any of the videos telling you how to handle a blowout, none of those drivers end up in the other lane or off of the highway. Obviously they were anticipating it so that sort of indicates that a driver can keep things under control and stay in his lane, if he reacts quickly and properly.
