SmartTire monitoring tells you if the tires get hot. Once I got an alert that front tire was overheating.. I slowed down from 65mph to 30mph and watched the tire cool down before going again. I am pretty sure I would have blown out.. the temp was running away to the upside.
also, I only use michelin tires.. FMCA discount is very good.. I waited 3 months when they were on backorder.
