and I found DVDs to be as available as are Blue Ray ones, at a lower price. just bought season 6 of SOA at Best Buy in standard DVD.

If your computer does not have a built in DVD player you can buy an external one that plugs into a USB port.

Windows Media Player plays DVDs. Since it was not included with Win 8 you should be able to download it from Microsoft.If not, there are many software DVD players for Windows - just Google and you will find many free ones. If they don't work with Win 8, then there is a big problem with Win 8.
