We have two TVs, 19 and 24" and a BluRay player, all three items came with a wall brick, all three are Insignia brand from Best Buy, total consumption is less than 100 watts.
The front and rear sets are connected by a good quality HDMI cable (45')and a 120 vac powered splitter which is powered by our built in inverter when needed. This setup was to enable us to have two sets showing the same program front and rear.
We often have our early teen grand kids with us and need the extra seating capacity and because we like to take movies and old TV shows with us when we travel and buy BluRay for the S&B.
When I researched this setup, I got all sorts of misleading and/or very expensive suggestions and lots of assumptions which were mostly erroneous. Please take the time and research the equipment needed and the prices, TV sets that operate on 12 volt batteries or 120 volt wall power can be one and the same. We have been running electronics that have removable wall bricks for years on our house batteries without any problems.
I was shopping for the BluRay player and asked a sale clerk about ones with wall bricks, she told me flatly that no such thing existed. I turned the player I had just picked up around and low and behold there was the std 12vdc input socket. However, for obvious reasons BluRay players do not have coax connections and the one I bought only had one HDMI output, therefore the need for the splitter.
Good Luck and happy viewing during your travels.
