Blue ox tow bar for 2015 grand cherokee question

I know this question should go in the dingy towing section. But that area doesn't seem to get much in the way of feedback. I'm kinda in a hurry for info. We are about to pick up. 2015 grand Cheroke...

This is the base plate I believe is for the grand Cherokee. It shows two separate towing points. But if you scroll all the way to the bottom it shows a cross member attaching the two not shown in the parts list above.
