The secret to things not moving around in cabinets is to pack the cabinets tight. If it's not the normal stuff then fill the spaces with rolls of paper towels or toilet paper or perhaps some towels. We never had wine glasses or dishes break but as full-timers we probably carried more than you and our cabinets were tight.
We also were not ones to put a lot of stuff on the countertops when staying in a park. We kept it simple and we could be packed up and pull out in 30 minutes, including the water/sewer hoses. We got it down to a science. :)
We didn't secure our table and chairs or recliners. If you have a folding cocktail table, I'd probably fold that up and store it next to the bed. There'd be no room in the aisle for it anyway. We had a table lamp on our desk area that stayed put for 8 years. We put a dab of poster putty on the bottom. We also used the putty securing pictures on the walls so they don't 'sway' when moving.
