Is this the end of a dynasty? I have purchased 3 Born Frees & have dealt with the Dodgen family directly, will have to wait & see changes that may come

Nothing particularly worrisome that I can see. Time will tell. I would not be surprised if the LLC was formed to buy the company, and this is their only business.
Actually surprising , they employ as many people as some Aussie builders
