Both Air Conditioners Don't Work

Ivylog, just to let you know, those aren't phone cables. I guess you would call them computer cables (different shape connector). I found that out with the Dynasty when Monaco didn't set my dip switches correctly. The front and middle air would come on simultaneously from the thermostat when only selecting the front unit.

For those with a Monaco unit, there are dip switches at each air unit and BEHIND the thermostat in the cabinet (Dynasty Diamond IV edition). My tech ran new computer wire without knowing there were dip switches hidden in the cabinet behind a panel.
