If your lights brighten when your hooked up to shore power - your converter is working - if not - then either your converter is toast, the fuses on the converter are toast, or the auto reset circuit breaker (Google it because it doesn't look like typical circuit breaker) is defective.
If the converter is toast and this rig is a temp solution until house is build - disconnect the converter and plug in a battery charger which should do the same job. Just my 02
