FWIW, we have a 1996 Fleetwood Southwind. I think the quality is great. I've had no problems with anything falling apart or failing because of the craftsmanship used while it was built. I would buy another Fleetwood if I liked the floor plan.
My question would be, why did the previous owner trade/sell a 2016 with only 2500 miles?
