There's no such thing as an air brake endorsement on your driver's license in Texas. If you have a CDL, there could be an air brake
restriction, meaning you are not allowed to drive a vehicle with air brakes. But that doesn't apply to the noncommercial class A or B license that's required for driving a vehicle over 26,001 lbs GVWR (class B) or towing greater than 10,000 lbs (class A).
