I'd have to disagree with some of these posts. It's still a new MH, despite it's a 2014. The dealer still paid the same, maybe more since he's paid overhead on it. The "35-40% or I'd walk" scenario leads to one conclusion, you without the MH. It still has all the warranties and it's still new. We're only 1 month into 2015. The illusion is there because the 2016's will be coming out in the early part of 2015 (which I never did understand) It seems like it's older. It's still only a 1 yr old MH. Remove the year, or pretend you didn't know the year, what difference does it make? Not like it's been sitting for 4-5 years. Some of you are saying it's worth 50%. Where is that figure pulled from? How many years do you own your MH before you see 50% under normal use. It's not 2 years I assure you and that would be used. Get real guys. You all act like because it's a 2014 model it's ready for the scrap heap and should be given away. This is the same thinking that deteriorates the value on all your own MH's. While I agree it should be cheaper than a 2015, some of you are being a little unrealistic. As proven by the dealer declining the offer.
