In about 45 days this DP will be 2 year models old. It was manufactured in 7/2013. What % off should I offer? No trade, cash deal. Thanks for the advice. Sherry

Any time you are shopping for anything, especially MH's you need to do some apples to apples comparison shopping. It does not matter what you, me or anyone else in this forum "thinks" you should pay, what matters is what the market will bear. You need to find other dealers in the US selling the same unit and get their best price. Start pitting one against another and you'll have your number. You and some others on here may not like it, but that's how you know what the market will bear on that unit.

There seems to be a lot of these which could help your case. But calling one dealer and demanding 40% will get you the answer you got. No.
