I bought the SGC X4 Chip from Brazel's, has improved my performance overall and I am getting better mileage in tow mode with our F350 6.0 IH engine.
I have dealing with Brazels over the years and they have always stood behind their service and products :)
Example, I had some water heater work done along with light repair and new door locks put in our old 5th wheel. I had to do a minor repair on the door lock to get the dead bolt to work, the water heater didn't work, no hot water after repair. The problem with the water heater was a valve not turned back on after repair, the outside door security light didn't work after they put in a new bulb (found bulb was loose which I repaired).
I took it back to Brazel.s and complained, they made sure everything was working and right, they refunded all the labor from fixing the water heater, light, the manager took the tech someplace out of site an after 15 minutes he and the tech came back an told me that they were sorry and it would not happen again ever ...
I have also read someplace of a couple who had work done on the DP and something happened a number of states away, Brazel's paid for the repair bill an reimbursed the couple for the work done by Brazel's ....
So I can not say enough about them, I live about 10 miles away an have all my work done their, I trust them an their work.
