I have the same model except with smaller wheels and love it. Had it for four years now, with daily use, without a problem. It breaks down into 5 pieces, each one weighing less than 50 pounds. (actually about 30) It also will fold down, when fully assembled. No special carrier needed.
As I said, I have the same model,with smaller wheels so it is not great on soft surfaces. If it ever breaks down, I am going with the newer one that I provided that link for above.
