- DavyddExplorerBTW, I also saw a German license plated James Cook Sprinter on the street in Whitehorse, Yukon last August.
- DavyddExplorerActually it is the DUO with the bunk bed layout. Note the two window above and below for the beds.

- DavyddExplorerWe met a German couple in Canada and later in Alaska this past summer. They shipped their Sprinter to Portland, OR I believe and were scheduled to return home via Baltimore, MD this month.
You might recognize the model. It was the 140" WB with 4WD. - jamescookExplorer

have you seen the six wheel drive?

- wsfurrieExplorerI talked to a couple from Germany last summer. They have made several trips here with their RV. They claimed that they had much less trouble when coming into Halifax. Apparently in this case our red tape is worse than the Canadian.
Wayne - NewsWExplorerBe sure you get the following issues squared away:
- import / operating certification
- insurance / license
Do Canada / US allow temporary imports from Europe?
I don't have a clue.. I hope the paperwork is not too onerous.

With shipping costs, import taxes, voltage changes...
There are no import taxes, as I will take the car back home again. I love my car, that is optimized to my needs. I don't want to use another one.

just though of this make sure your electric is matched to ours . ours 120 volt ac.
As I do not have A/C in my car (execpt while driving), I don't plan on connecting to any external electricity. I have my own 12V and 230V System on board.
