I would not go that far. It has a lifespan like any product. When I called the maker it was 20 years in their lab testing. It also will ever so slightly shrink year after year pulling away from joints. It's tough, but it can tear and then a patch needs to be applied.
With that said, I would not be afraid of buying a RV with that roof material.
