Jacks will not go down and bedroom silde went out 6" and stopped. now it will not retract no sound of motor. Passager side slide how con I get ti back in so I can move? If I can manualy retract it OK ...

The Slides are HYDRAULIC !, check that the motor has a good ground,there
should be an inline fuse holder,check if it is burned or corroded?
