Don't believe they would allow an Agricultural exemption to remain on the entire property if the dairy farm went away, was replaced by an RV Park and all that remained was a few acres of grain and hops for a brewery. Kind of like I can't just plant a rooftop garden on my 100 million dollar Manhattan Penthouse that overlooks Central Park and claim an Agricultural use tax exemption because it is being used for crop production.
That might depend on your name and tax bracket.
One thing they do have in their favor is they are already used to 7 day a week job...
