Here is my experience;
We have a family of 6, but the older kids RARELY go camping. We usually just travel with the 8 and 9 yr old. As far as the booster, I cannot answer that and I would never let my little ones travel in the front. We stopped using the booster years ago....anyway. We have in motion sat and when all six are in the coach we utilize the belts as much as possible and they watch TV. There are times the kids will lay in the bunks while traveling, but for the most part they are on the couch or in the dinnette with belts on. When we travel with all six, I make the older two pack a suitcase and we put it in the basement. Storage in a DP class A is plentiful. We have four drawers below the bunks for the little ones and they have a nitestand built into the bunks, so they have plenty of storage. And with the W/D, we wash clothes so no need to pack a bunch.
Our Class A bunkhouse is amazing and I cannot imagine traveling or camping without it.

You won't let the kids in the passenger seat but you don't use booster, and only use the belts for the most part, and let the kids travel on the bunks? You know, boostered in the passenger seat would be the safest option of all that. Unless your kids are in the 99th %ile, they really still should be boostered. The laws of physics don't change.
