I'm actually finding that if I give up the luxury items (luxury bed, top-of-the-shelf kitchen and counter, leather sofas etc) and stick with stuff that is comfortable and useful but not to the excess, I can spend around $150k and get what I want.
Then I might have to add some for better insulation and better heating/water system...
But still, buying a used coach, with all the stuff I really need and none of the useless perks might get me in the 200k$ rather than 300k$
