You will pay closer to MSRP on a "B" than you would on other RV types. The main reason for this is that the resale value is higher (ten year old T1N "B"s are still selling in the high 50s/low 60s, and they were bought for about $10,000 more on average.) I'd say at best, 15-20% off, if lucky.
Have you considered other brands? Once you get to Interstate-level pricing, you are definitely in Advanced RV territory, and you should see what they can do for custom work.
