My understanding is you can't buy from the factory direct.
The RV repair facility I used for virtually all my service needs with my 2008 Winnebago is an authorized Tiffin repair facility so I'm not worried about getting the warranty needs met. I don't understand why it would be to a dealers advantage not to deal with warranty work. You mean they aren't compensated for warranty work? I didn't buy the coach from my local Ford dealer but they're happy to do the Ford warranty work.
Tiffin seems to enjoy a much better relationship with their dealer network than other brands have with theirs. And if one is having warranty problems, it only takes on phone call to Red Bay to arrange a new dealership to do warranty work.
