Blackdiamond, it looks like you are getting good information from people who have bought which is what you were looking for.
We were renters 3 times before purchase (1 class C, 2 class A's). All were new as the rental agency replaced his whole fleet of at least 20 units every year. He found that the use/maintenance made sense for his business model. He sent all of his units to auction.
He had a contract with Fleetwood motorhomes so I'm sure he got a sweet deal ordering 20+ new motorhomes of various sizes every year. The motorhomes that we rented usually had about 8,000 miles on them at the time we rented. I think nothing went over 20,000 miles by the time the owner sent them to auction.
