I have had several Twin I-Beam Ford trucks and liked them. Very durable front suspension. Only one I had some problems with was taken care of by a good front end shop.
I agree not every place could adjust them but a shop that specialized in front end alignments had no problems. Of course now that they have been out of production for a while it may be harder to find a shop than before.
