We had a Canadian resident in our winter park in Mission Texas, who bought a 2007 Gulfstream Class B on a MB Classis, while wintering here. On going home to Quebec, when he reached the border, He was not allowed to import it, something about it not being approved for Canada. He brought it back and parked it on his lot, flew home and sold it the next fall. Personally I would have paid storage on the US side and drove it back in the fall. Then again there might have had plating/title problems, if he let it sit outside of Texas.
