They don't include spares on a big motorhomes for reasons...too much weight...takes up too much space...they deteriorate without use...most are unable to change it themselves.
We never had a tire issues in all our years of constant travel, including Alaska. We checked our tires before every drive and changed them out before their due date.
Many folks, especially with smaller trailers or small Class Cs overload their RVs which puts stress on the tires. Large RVs typically have plenty of storage capacity so they're not overloaded.
Check your weights. Check your tires and dates.
