If there is water damage run away.
I understand if there is significant water damage to walk away, but is there such a thing as a forgivable level of water damage? Such as maybe just a small patch of soft wood in a roof cabinet corner or the like? I would think 20-30 year old RVs will have some level of H20 damage?
Also, is it a bad sign if the flooring/interior is new? Some RVs I have see have had the interior redone and/or flooring too, and I am not sure whether I should note that as a good or bad thing. I could see it as a good thing since any previous problems have been fixed. But, I could also see it as a bad thing as maybe there was terrible water damage before, and that maybe that damage hasn't actually been fully repaired.
