Any tire over 7 years old is very suspect.
Usually RV tires age out not wear out.
7 years you are chancing a blowout which can be very expensive.
Very carefully check around the front overhang window for leaks some units developed them from normal running.
It's a old couple who is selling it, they just put a new roof on (due to a branch that they backed into, no water damage insurance covered it) they put all new belts in, all new batteries, and have all service records.only issue is the generator will not start from the inside, apparently when the roof was replaced they disconnected it while repairing. Tires are also only a year old. All reasons why I'm buying privately rather than from a dealer which you can't determine if it's been maintained or not. My only concern is the reliability. They've never had problems with it but I have read about the spark plugs on the v10 fords blow out? Assuming that would have happened by now if it was going to..
