I have the V-10 also and have not experienced the plug blow out. Nt a scientific study but from reading this forum over they years I think I read about one.
If it ain't broke don't fix it. Tune up is advised at 100,000 so IMHO I don't plan on changing any plugs any time soon!
The plugs have blown out while driving. A defect in the heads.
