Buying RV furniture online

my butt needs to sit or lay on new furniture. so- if its not to your liking, you pay shipping and all the time looking for new items. or have it recovered

we bought a jack knife sofa from Amazon and are satisfied. Its not the best quality , but it is good enough for our 24 yr old camper.Amazon is very good with their return policy too. Theres no Camping Worlds around you? If I were going to spend a substantial amount of money on furniture, I would make the time to see it in person rather than possible aggravation and then taking the time afterwards.

If at all possible avoid buying "RV" furniture. Overpriced and not required. We installed a double recliner, home theater seating across from the TV and bought a super well built dining table from the Amish in Ohio. Look around and don't get hung up on the word "RV" and you will do much better.

You can also buy used RV furniture taken from wrecks as salvage. Some almost new wrecks as well, This Includes washers and dryers as well as most other interior items.

We just bought ours online and found it to be a GREAT experience.

She was able to recommend the sofa/chairs that worked for us and even gave us a little "bulk" discount and free shipping (I think the discount was about $75 off web prices) She also sent us samples of the ultraleather to choose colors from before it got covered.

The chairs and sofa came to about $2500 (much less than the flexsteel furniture we had been looking at) and we couldn't be more pleased

Great input. For stuff like this, I like to try first too. Nearest CW doesn't have much of this stuff - at least not the last time I was there. And yes, the RV moniker jacks the price up and many times reduces the quality but after a lot of looking around, we have determined that the smaller profiled RV furniture us what fits our needs in the space available.

So - seems I will have to order it and hope for the best. Try it in the S&B - if it so bad that it doesn't work, I could alsays use the pieces in the media room or Craigslist it.

We recently purchased a new Flexsteel sleeper sofa from Bradd and Hall. They were the nicest folks to deal with. They sent us fabric samples so we felt comfortable with our online choice. We looked thru their reduced in stock collection and found just what we were looking fore. We saved about 40%. They shipped it directly to us. We would definitely purchase from them again.

I've been thinking about buying a sofa at this place. But my wife says she won't buy anything she hasn't sat in first. I've heard some good reviews about this furniture place and they will custom make to your order.

I agree that you should disregard the word RV when buying chairs and sofas. For tables you may need specific to accommodate your needs. Shop local first.
