Ivylog, great advice. I believe it to be a good guide. As I stated earlier, we seem to be at about 80 nights a year consistently, and I believe it would rise a little with more comfort.
Some of the 35-37' models we've seen are about 3k pounds in CCC, which seems adequate. 600 pounds of water 800 pounds of people and the rest for stuff. In the TT, our "stuff" seemed to be about 1100 pounds.
Over the last few days, I've become comfortable with buying used in about the 2008 +/- model year. That puts us in reach of paying cash and getting something of a little better quality than we would buy new (Tiffen, Fleetwood, Winnebago, Newmar).
Here are a few that are catching our eyes. Not ready to jump yet, but would if all was right.
