Thanks for the continued input. Don't know if it's fair or not, but I start getting nervous past the 10 year point. It appears that Tiffen, Newmar, Beaver all need to be more like 12 years and older to start showing up at $50k.
I called on one this morning that checks off many of our boxes. It's a Fleetwood. Maybe not on level with the others? Probably not. But is it above the entry level stuff?

Second owner, carport kept, an hour from home. AND, it is 4-5 years newer than many others.
He is asking $67k. Low NADA is $59k. I told him my budget had a ceiling of $50k but I was willing to stretch. He said we're too far apart. He seems priced a tad high for what I see in comps. I wonder where a fair number is? Anyone?
