The Winnebago 35F is eather a Sunstar LX or a Vista LX. List price is $138,671 for new. You should be able to negotiate at least 20% off so that would put the coach at around $111,000. You can shop around looking for a 2017 that is still on a dealer's lot. If there are any 2017 on a dealers lot it will be highly discounted.
If you find a 2017 for sale from a private party there may be a reason why they are dumping their new coach. I have a friend who bought a 2016 Vista and he had a lot of problems. He ended up selling the coach. But not every nearly new coach is being sold because of problems but beware
To me, the six speed transmission is worth the extra money. It all comes down to what you like and your budget.
