Former Cruise America rentals come with new tires on them after they leave the rental fleet - at least mine did and that was what I was told.
I bought my MH in 2011 with 109k on the odometer. I made the correct, in my opinion, assumption that CA never performed the 100,000 mile maintenance interval, so I had EVERY single fluid and filter replaced (including on the generator). It was needed - especially the rear differential as its fluid was sludge.
Inspect the roof - even if the MH does not have its own ladder. The rubber roof on mine was already at its end-of-life. It wasn't leaking, but had a side-to-side seam in the membrane that should not have been there. The roof was replaced the summer of 2012.
