- sailor_louExplorerAs cavie identified, the pic shows the valves in the "normal" lineup, which is the water heater inlet open and the bypass secured. If you reposition both valves, the heater should be bypassed. If you still have an issue then it is possible the inlet valve isn't closing.

05 Travel Supreme Envoy - captron33ExplorerI tried that position and still had fluid running out the hot water tank drain. Do you think the valve failed?
