Could you be satisfied with a "Full" aka "Double" standard mattress? those are 54x75. Then you have almost infinite options for material, thickness, firmness, quality and price.
Our first Class C had an overhead area something like 60x90-something and we crammed a "Queen" which is 60x80 up there. That meant we could no longer open the cockpit ceiling but that was fine with us. We got the feel we wanted in a mattress AND the use of standard fitted sheets. That alone was worth the effort.
I learned something when I looked the sizes up to post here for you. The 60x75 "RV Queen" aka "Short Queen" is width of a Queen but length of a Double. Never knew that, not that it makes buying sheets any easier.
We just replaced the OEM "RV Queen" in our current Class C. Bought a foam "Queen" and undid the covering on one end. Rolled it back and cut 5" off the end with Dexter the Chef's Knife. Sewed back by hand, overcast with carpet thread and made that end the Head, against the wall of the coach. Shout out to KristinU for the encouragement to buy a mattress and slice it down. Salesman told me people actually do that all the time. He'd sold an x-thousand-$ temperpedic to an RV owner who took it home and cut it off.
I don't like the idea of ordering a custom mattress or an RV mattress because we usually can't try it. Mattress store had them on display, we could try a couple choices side by side, discuss and agree. Really came out well.
