Diesel motorhomes registered in CA are smog exempt if over 140000 GVW.
Can you provide reference to where this is stipulated in any DMV or California Motor Vehicle law? I believe this only applies to "smog inspections" as all diesels registered in California have to be CARB certified and are not exempt.
Any info you can provide to back up your statement would be greatly appreciated as I'm in the process of trying to get my DP registered and am having lots of DMV problems.
