California speed limit for motorhome with toad

In California (and Oregon, and probably others) the freeways have signs that say something like, "All vehicles while towing, limit 55 mph". This is even when the posted limit is 65 or 70. My mot...

Does it happen yes. Does it happen often no. I generally take my lead from the truckers, if they exceeding 55 I am probably ok if they staying real close to 55 better be there too. It is a pain when you get way out on I10, 40 or 5 and the regular speed goes to 70 but towing is still 55! :(
