We never had quotas...we could write as many tickets as we liked....:B.
As for the out of state thing...court dates for us was overtime..extra pay...so that wouldn't hold water...
I gave more breaks to out of staters than locals. Locals should know the law, OOS might not. They might still get stopped, just not ticketed. Same goal accomplished with a warning that you get with a ticket. However, when stopped attitude does enter the equation..just sayin....Dennis
