California speed limit for motorhome with toad

In California (and Oregon, and probably others) the freeways have signs that say something like, "All vehicles while towing, limit 55 mph". This is even when the posted limit is 65 or 70. My mot...

Absolutely not true. The CHP doesn't care whether you contest it or not or what state you are from.
