I don't want to make a mistake spending this much money. Our plan is to never buy another coach as we want this to last 20 yrs. I'm 55 and I think by 75, I'll be done with RVing.
MM.
20 yrs is a long time for stuff rolling down the highway shaking, corroding, etc. Unless of course you like working on the MH
I would buy the cheaper of the two and save for a replacement eventually.
Either way they both sound great.
I call BS on that. My POS is 20 years old and started as a bread truck besides tires and chassis components to help stop the wander I have not had any problems with it. I have spent more on replacing tvs than anything else.
Yah I'm kinda in that school too. We are 11 years in and other than things starting to fade outside a bit in a few places nothing has really changed inside after 11 years of full timing. Appliances wear out, flooring wears, technology changes etc etc but we are talking very few dollars to maintain and keep this type of thing up to date and maintained. I would think a coach of that calibre will still be on the road in 40 years if properly maintained. Will probably need a paint job after 15 or 20 years, but then again, so does a house. :)
