20 yrs is a long time for stuff rolling down the highway shaking, corroding, etc. Unless of course you like working on the MH

I call BS on that. My POS is 20 years old and started as a bread truck besides tires and chassis components to help stop the wander I have not had any problems with it. I have spent more on replacing tvs than anything else.

It is funny that people believe tires expire on their 6th birthday and all the rest of the polymeric materials in the coach last 20 years.:h
None of the fasteners come loose on the MH or appliances either I guess.
Contacts never corrode? Leaks never develop?
You also know for a fact that none of these high end coaches have ever burned to the ground? And I am not speaking of owner error that caused the fire.
