  • Mystic KOA has some nice sites and is a short drive to Mystic itself. It is pricey, but so is everything in the area. One note, Seaport Campground does not have full hookups, just W/E, in case that is a factor.
  • There is a campground practically on the beach at Cape Cod. Stayed there a few years ago, was pricey then so am sure it still is, but it was great!
  • How about the KOA in North Stonington. I was there before it became a KOA and it was very nice and very clean. Chris and Betty and the 3 Stooges,Libby,Scotty, and Sparky. Our traveling companions that keep us going.
  • Have stayed at Mystic Seaport campground many times, now part of the
Sun Resorts org; and was always pleased and only about 2 miles from
Mystic seaport. Large pull thru sites, close to casinos.
    Happy camping.
  • I've stayed at Normandy Farms twice and lovewd it. I'd highly recommend it.
  • Normandy Farms is about a 50 minute drive from the Cape without traffic...Aces High in Old lyme is perfect for Mystic.
  • I would go to Aces High C/G in Old Lyme...not far from Mystic at all...a few years back our daughter got married and we had 6 friends of ours from Florida come up with their motorhomes, we put them up there..they thought it was a great campground, probably the newest in Ct
Now Cape Cod is another story...where on the Cape do you want to go ? near Providence Town , you have Atlantic Oaks,in Eastham......at the canal you have Scusset Beach....but only water and elect and extremely hard to get in and in Dennisport you have Campers Haven campground...right across from the beach....Chuck
