Most of the pull-through sites we've come across are 60'-80' long. Granted, these are at larger campgrounds. Even so, at our local lake, managed by the Corps of Engineers, the sites vary from 40'-60'. The problem with many state/federal parks are the interior roads leading to the campsites. Some of the roads' curves and turns get awful close to trees and most of the sites are back-in...making it all the more difficult to manage in close quarters. All-in-all we haven't had any troubles and so far...knock on wood....I haven't had any close encounters with those trees! LOL!
