As above, anything is possible with enough money. All you have to do is remove a basement compartment, build a steel frame, extend the electrical power and fuel lines to the new location, and hope for the best.
My coach has the generator in the middle of the coach so I am sure that if you look long enough you can probably find one with the generator in a different location. Of course this does not guaranty that it will still be quiet even if it is moved 15 feet away.
Perhaps you would spend less money modifying the generator and generator compartment to quiet the unit to an acceptable level. After all, gasoline automobile engines can hardly be heard when they are running.
