Can a high end Spartan K3 Chassis be better than a Prevost?

I can't afford either bt I have a very hard time swallowing that an RV built on a Spartan is better than a Prevost conversion. Add to the point that he's trying to sell his Newmar. Not that there is a thing wrong them. I have been told however that a Foretravel rides the best. At my level I can't imagine I'd complain with any of them.
