Can a high end Spartan K3 Chassis be better than a Prevost?

Ok, to me, it looks smooth as glass and was told by the Prevost salesman that the exterior was Kevlar. There are no ripples as in my current coach which is fiberglass. I think there are like 14 coats of paint on a Prevost.

And, I really don't mean to produce BS... that's not my style. I'm just giving you info from my 56 yr. old memory. I was given a lot of information on purchase day and I could be off a little. But the $2M plus price tag is burned into my mind.
