Can a high end Spartan K3 Chassis be better than a Prevost?

I'm 60% confident that the wheels are identical and interchangeable. All you have to do is flip the wheel around. I can't imagine that a wheel manufacturer would invest in a mold simply to make the wheel differently when you can simply flip the wheel around and achieve the same purpose.

Hopefully someone with more wheel knowledge will chime in.
